Popular music director G V Prakash will launch it on Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM's Freeyavidu show at 5 pm today, along with RJ MaKaPa Anand. Cinema is Chennai's passion and Mirchi is one station that has been celebrating it ever since their inception. This latest launch hopes to take the brand closer to the movie-goer and also make it a funfilled experience.
The activity will involve one of the seats in the theatre being selected randomly. Then, it will be branded as the Mirchi Seat and the lucky movie-goer sitting on it will get an opportunity to interact with an RJ. His sound byte will also be played on the radio. The Hot Seat will move from one Tamil movie to another in the theatre. Commenting on the activity, G V Prakash said, "I am very excited to be a part of this activity. Movies have been an integral part of Mirchi and this activity is a perfect fit for them.
Besides, this has an element of surprise and that's why it a cool idea. I think the Mirchi Hot Seat will be loads of fun!" Tune in to Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM's Freeyavidu show this evening at 5 to catch the young music composer launch the activity and listen to the first movie-goer sitting in the Hot Seat. To add to the fun, RJ Makapa puts G V Prakash literally in the 'hot seat' and gets him to answer the 'Hot Question' .
