sexting Scottsboro, AL - Jackson County Sheriff Chuck Phillips says his department teamed up with DHR to crack a recent sexting case involving an 11 year old girl and an 18 year old man.According to the Sheriff, 18 year old Brandon Kilgore of Bridgeport was arrested Tuesday and charged with Electronic Solicitation of a Child. Investigators learned Kilgore was sending inappropriate messages to the girl and then began contacting Kilgore, posing as the girl.
The arrest came when Kilgore went to an unoccupied house and texted the girl asking her to go to the same location and perform a sex act. Deputies went to that location and arrested Kilgore on the spotIt's always disturbing when you're talking about minors" said Jackson County Chief Deputy Rocky Harnen. "If the person is 11 years old, you know, you're talking about someone that's still a child. And of course, we have to protect those people.
