Possibly due to the ever popular outlet at Chong Pang that born many millionaires over the years through Toto and now, there seemed to be a growing number of people buying chances.
The long queue from this outlet snaked into the grocery isle, deter shoppers from having a good shopping experience. This is probably the worst decision the supermarket has ever made.
