luxurious trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to celebrate with other Avon
sales management superstars. The Circle of Excellence is an elite distinction at Avon, awarded to the
top ten percent of District Sales Managers with the largest sales

landmarks – the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalup; and shopped along the
Cuale River Market. Capping off the celebration was an awards banquet
dinner held at the Grand Marissa Ballroom at the Grand Velas All Suites &
Spa Resort, which was hosted by Avon Executives including Jorge
Martinez-Quiroga, President, Avon North America.every 3-5th catalogues so you need around 100 customers for it to be worth your while. You also have to buy the catalogues - so getting more catalogues than you need will cost money. My avon lady makes an OK salary 40-50K but she has close to 650 customers - and for her it is a FT job (650 catalogue deliveries cross 30km every 2--3 weeks, then collecting the orders, then delivering the orders).
